UMGC has gone to once-a-year granting.
Grant application deadlines will be:

Applications must be received in the UMGC office by 5:00 PM either by mail or in person by the deadline date. Applications not received by this time will not be considered for funding.
(Once you have downloaded the document, you may open it on your computer and fill in the information directly in the downloaded form.) Completed applications must be printed out. UMGC will NOT accept applications via e-mail. Please provide an original and nine (9) copies to:
